Rivers State Palliative Sharing Causes Trouble In Abonnema LGA

 

 

 

The sharing of Federal Government Palliative has caused trouble in some part of Rivers State .

This happened after the People of Abonema says that the committee in charge of Palliatives sharing in the LGA Demanded PVC from them before they will be eligible while the program is supposed to be for all Nigerian.

The people complained why the stakeholder and LGA Committee will demand PVC for what was said for the poor where party membership or not.

In another development, some people said that the Palliatives where hug by PDP Party members an just a little of the rice of like One Custard bucket and in some cases little less than that was shared to people which amounts to little or nothing comparing the state of the people economically.

According to NAIJA INFOR NEWS, that 11 bags where keep aside and only 3 bags where shared in each ward.

The 11 bags where said to be for stakeholders, this has caused mixed reactions because 3 bags of Rice shared in one ward cant service the People.

The people complained that the impact of Fuel subsidy is hot on every membership of the society.

The people also said that the palliatives committess shared only Rice and never added anything to cook the Rice with, and asked if they will sock the Rice and eat it like that???
