PDP BoT Chairman, Senator Wabara Warns PDP Against Losing Rivers State.

The Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Senator Wabara warns against PDP Losing Rivers State.

 

He speaks on the Danger of Losing Rivers State which is the Stronghold of the Party in South South and Nigeria at Large. He issued a strong warning about the Potential dangers for Nigeria if PDP Loses Control of Rivers State.

This he said in a recent visit to the Governor of Rivers State in Government House today in Portharcourt.

 

The Chairman who was accompanied with other members of the Board stress on the need to unite the party and her members together emphasizing the importance of Rivers State to Party and the Nation.

 

He Said the visit of the BoT aimed to address the pending problems in the Rivers State Chapter of the Party and it root causes.

 

He added that their mission was to foster Peace and unity within the Party with focus on resolving the tension in other to build internal harmony. The Visit's intention was to understand the root causes of the dissatisfaction between members of the Party and finding effective Solution to the internal Challenges faced by the Members of the PARTY.

 

In response, Governor Siminalaye Fubara, Governor  of Rivers State Reaffirms his Membership and Commitment to the Party, PDP, promising that he remains genuine, Undiluted  Member of the Party. The Governor dismisses the rumors of his decamping to another Party, saying his is committed the the growth and Success of the Party in the State and National.

 

The Visit of The BoT Has showed the Role and importance of Rivers State in the Sustenance of the Peoples Democratic Party and it resultant effect if PDP Loses Rivers State.
