 Joseph Obele calls on Federal Government to install electronic meters in all the crud oil loading points in Nigeria.

He made this observation following the poor accountable system that the Nigeria National Petroleum Cooperation is still using at the various loading points in the Country.

Obele obervsed that until electronic system is in place, Nigeria will not be able to account for the sales of crude in Nigeria as such the Government will be losing revenue to the hands of criminals in some of these big organisation.

He said, the office of Accountant General of the Federal has complained that NNPC can not account for overs 1.4 barrels of crude per week due to Manuel loading and the workers at loading point are megaly rich due to corrupt practices, as alleged. 

Obele advised the Minister to be watchful as those manipulating the end production of crude oil in Nigeria may fight against this new system and promised when its finally installed, revenue from crude oil operation shall dramatically increased.

Obele asured the Government that when the electronic meter systems are indtalled in all our loading points in Nigerian, that there will be accountability, increased in volume, correct inventry control and increased in revenue.

The Energy expert in Niger delta made this observations and remarks in the Petroleum industry and encouraged the Government to speddy operation as shortage is not needed.
