The Appointment of Dr. Adekambi AS New Project Cordinator of HYPREP is Highly Rejected By Ogonis Says Ogoni Elites.

 

 

 

The Newly Appointed HYPREP Project Coordinator, Dr. Olufemi Adekambi by President Tinubu as announced over the weekend by his media aide, Chief Ajeru Ngelale is under fire as the People of Ogoni revolts against the appointment, saying that if their must be any changes, it must be an Ogoni Son to head the Operation of the HYPREP in Ogoni land.

 

It has been war in Portharcourt infront of the State Office since yesterday till today as youths from Ogoni and Security agencies blocked the major Ken Saro Wiwa street where the state office is situated .

 

The agitation has drawn the presence of Security to safe guide lifes and properties within and around the premises of HYPREP in Portharcourt, Rivers State.

 

Some of the groups that have giving statement to that effect are MOSOP, Niger Delta Youths, Legbosi Pyagbara, former MOSOP President and many more groups refusing the appointment and called on the Present to revisit the announcement in order not to promote breakdown of peace and order in the state.
