The official activities where the Federal Executive Council meeting and hosting of the national women's basketball team who won at the AfroBasket tournament in Mali last week, President Buhari headed to his hometown Daura in Katsina State to celebrate the 2017 Eid El Kabir.



On arrival, he met with the Emir of Daura H.R.H. Alhaji Umar Faruk Umar, Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari, Emir of Katsina HRH Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman and GOC 1 Division Nigerian Army Major General Adeniyi Oyebade.

The president was also spotted walking down the street of Daura after he came down the helipad giving acknowledgement to supporters in Katsina state.
