Ooni Of Ife Finally Speak out On His Crashed Marriage of 17months.

Marriage is honorable and the stool of Ooni is the most honored stool in the entire Yoruba land. The stool is so recognised that issues of broken marriage is not supposed to be mentioned in the palace because the land looks upto it for high level of morals and preservation of the custom of Yoruba and Africa at large.

Well, the world is changing and the western lifelyhood is taken, dashing and erropting all the African values as such, our traditional dignity is not longer considered for equality and right.

It is nolonger a news that the celebrated marriage of the newly crowned Ooni of Ife is going down to drain, however, he has spoken via his palace worker to finally gave his version of the story when He founds it necessary.

The Ooni’s Director of Media, Mr. Moses Olafare, revealed that the palace is fully aware of all that is being said, right or wrong about the issue and that they will reveal the truth when they are ready to talk.

Speaking to Nigerian Tribune he said;

“In this era of social media, where people have free access to internet, as constitutionally permitted by laws of the land, people can say anything.”

“Inspite of all being said on the issue, decorum still requires that we in the House of Oduduwa maintains silence, at least for now.

“This is because marriage is strictly a private matter that should not subjected to undue public uproar. When it is necessary for us to talk, we will surely talk on the issue"

Olori Wuraola confirmed the crash if the 17 months old marriage in a statement which was released on her official Instagram page.
