Kano Governor, Gunduji Proffer Solution To Herdsmen And Farmers Problems In Nigeria, See His Lasting Solution.

Kano Governor, Abdullahi Gunduji has on Sunday called on all herdsmen to retrace their way back to Kano for their is enough facility to accommodate all herdsmen in the state.

The Governor made this call in an attempt to restore peace between the farmers and herdsmen in Nigeria.

The call is followed due to frequent fight and dis-order of peace and security that has rock the nation for sometime now.

The Governor said the state has land that can serve herders graze all cattle , he added that he is willing to accommodate herder in the state.

The Governor made this call during a monitoring seasion of the free vaccination of over one million cattles and small animals in Kadawa Artificial Insemination Centre in Garmu Local Government area of the state.

The Governor also flawed at the clash between the farmers and the herdsmen and warned that such act is capable of disrupting peaceful co-existence as a nation.

Kano state Governor also remainder herdsmen that his governance policies and campaign promises covered to provide and take care of herdsmen to avoid moving from place to place and this is to accord them the dignity and respect they deserved, says Punch report.
The Governor said Kano state Fulani origin of herdsmen has no need to move from place to place in search of grazing land,range, and traditional stock route because they have enough land to accommodate them.

In a statement he said“I am inviting herdsmen from all parts of Nigeria to relocate to Kano because we have enough facilities to accommodate them. We have grazing land in Rogo, Gaya, Kura, Tudun Wada, Ungogo and other places, where facilities have been provided to accommodate the herdsmen and their cattle.
