GOVERNOR IKPEAZU  CONGRATULATES WIKE

after the news of the supreme court verdict broke up on the victory of  Governor wike,s defecting his political opponent and the APC Governorship candidate Dr. Peterside Dakuku at the supreme court in Abuja on Wednesday 27^th January 2016, congratulatory messages has been coming from friends and enemies consolidating with him for the God-giving victory.

Among such is the Governor of Abia state, fellow PDP Governor Dr. Ikpeazu joined thousands of Wike’s faithfuls in appreciating God for  what He has done in his life and Rivers State at large.

     The Governor added by saying that the victory is for development.The Abia state Governor used  the medium to encourage the Governor (Wike) to make good use of the privilege that God ad-verged him  so that the people will enjoy the dividend of democracy and that the opposition will not have any chance for criticism.He also added that democracy and the rule of law has come to stayed.

    The Governor of Abia State expresses confident in the leadership of the Apex court,that the judiciary has proving to be the hope of the common man,thereby believing God that he shall not be left out.

    He finally solicited that PDP faithfuls over the Niger delta to pray for total victory.He used the opportunity to call on the people to support the PDP led government for developmental programs good governance in the states.

    In the same spirit Dr. Ikpeazu also congratulated Dr. Dave Umahi, which the supreme court also reaffirmed his victory during the April 2015 governorship election in Ebonyi Stete.

Governor Ikpeazu said the verdicts of the supreme court on the cases of Governor wike and Umahi is a victory for democracy and a clear pointer to the people’s long-drawn struggle for justice.He also added that “It is also a good news of hope for the people of the states”. The governor assured the people that all the states governed by PDP led government will experience the benefit of democracy in infrastructural development and human capacity building which are the basic things that government owns the people.

He ended his message by wishing all his counterpart "Goodluck" and God’s wisdom to pilots the affairs of the states and he strongly believed God almighty for his victory.
