Imo State Shakes As Governor Sakes All Commisioners, LGA Heads For Honoring Biafra "Stay At Home" On 30th May.

Okorocha, the governor of Imo state sakes commissioners and 27 Local Government caretaker members for honoring Biafra remembrance day.

According to the principal secretary to the Governor, Mr. Pascal Obi, the Governor has ordered that all the LGA heads hand over to head of administration in their various Lga while the commissioners are asked to hand over to permanent secretaries or senior director of their ministries.

The governor made this known in Owerri and the sake is with immediate effect, says Obi, Principal secretary to the Governor.
According to Obi, The Governor in his letter added "The Governor appreciating the invaluable contribution of the affected appointees to the success recorded by  his rescue mission administration and wishes them well in their various endeavors.

The Governor said, the SSG, Head of Judiciary, Local government and state assembly commissions are not affected.

However, the governor has not giving any reason for the unlawful sake of his faithfuls.But speculations points to the stay at home that was observed by the Ibgos as remembrance to the fallen legends of Biafra.
