Uche Ogah Returns Governor Of Abia State.

Following the decision of the Chief Judge of Federal High court in Abuja on Monday, the INEC has issued certificate of return to Mr. Uche Ogah who came second during the Abia State primaries on December 2014.

The embattled PDP political challenges in Abia State has grown than expected because of the verdict of Justice Abang Okon. He ordered the INEC to give the issue Uche Ogah certificate of return because the elected Governor of Abia State was faulted forging tax receipt to INCE and He was disqualified on that ground by the Judge.

Furthermore the Judge asked the Chief Judge of the state to sue in Uche Ogah as the substantial Governor of Abia State with immediate effect.

However, Dr. Okezie Ikpezu has assured his supporter to stay calm because He remains the Governor and the only elected Governor of Abia State.

In his statement He said, before He contested the post of Governor in Abia state, he worked with the Abia State government from 2011 till he became the governor of the state and since then, his tax has been deducted from source. So no want can indict him with tax issue.

He further stressed that he has ordered his Lawyer to appeal the judgement immediately.
He told his supported that Abia is for PDP.
