The Newly Appointed Care Taker Committee Chairman Appoints Members Of Peace Committee

Hon. Gbara Erelo Edman, Khana  LGA Chairman.

Due to the security problem in Khana Local Government area and youth restiveness, the newly appointed care taker Chairman has set up Reconciliation Peace and Conflict Resolution Committee.

This took place at the Nwika Suanu Finima Hall of the Khana Local Government where all the traditional rulers, Youth Body, CDC Leaders and political stockholders where present.

The occasion was also graced by the Police DPC in charge of Bori Police Divisional Headquarters.

The chairman Urges the committee members to join in singing peace in all the communities in the area.

He further said, "The peace should be what we shall all talk about,preach about and live it out by ourselfs because it is the most important element that this government led by Gov. Wike is all about".

The Reconciliation Peace and Conflict Resolution Committee was chairman by

The members was saddled with the responsibility of enforcing peace and harmony in all corners of the LGA by preaching its important in the area.
In addition, the Police DPO told the entire people present to encourage peace in there different communities and He demanded that they co-operate with the police to ensure that the police can do their work in the area.
He also assured the people that police is every body's friend.
The Chairman's was Appleseed by the chairman of the committee and He gave his word that the members will work to the best of their ability to ensure peace in the LGA more especially Zoo Sogho Community.
