Nigerian Football Fans Bid Amodu Farewell.

The remain of another Nigeria coach was moved to his home town for burial yesterday according to Muslim rites.

The death of Amodu Shuaibu was so sucking to football fan because it came just three days after the news of Kachi's death. It was like the world is coming to an end on football in Nigeria.

Amodu who complained of heart disease pasted on to the grate beyond after a brief illness after he was admitted in the Stalla Obansanjo Hospital in Benin.

The news of his death was announced by the NFF in the early hour of the 11 June and his body was moved for the hospital to his home town, Akpela Town in Benin, Edo State for burial according to Muslim rites.

He died at the age of 58 years.

Before his death, he was one time coach of the Nigeria Super Eagle coach and technical adverser to the Nigeria Football Federation.

According to Naij.com, Amodu was said to have complained of heart problem a day before his death.

According to source, he drove and droped a friend after then, he slept and did not wake up the following morning.
