Suspected Human Trafficker Arrested In Benue State

 

 

Activist, Zege Orkwande Yaaya, oh his facebook page  Reviles How Security Operatives Arrest One Woman Identified as Rita In Benue State, Aliade , Gwer East Local Government Area  after She was Trying To Move Four Under Age Girls Which were suspected to be for Trafficking and Human Abuse on Monday 21st September 2026

 

According to activist, Zege Orkwande Yaaya, four of the minors were intercepted at the Benue Links Nigeria Limited motor park in Aliade, while the remaining three were rescued from Rita’s residence. 

 

According To Reports,  the suspect keeps the girls in her room before sending them out in batches to Ghana for prostitution. 

 

The suspect is currently in the custody of the Benue State Police Command at the Aliade Division, pending the transfer of the case to Makurdi.
