The Owner of African Independence Television (AIT) and RayPower Radio Stations with branches all over Nigeria has announce the Compulsory Retirement to Directors who has mounted the sit at that level in the Company's operation for 10 years to rest while the Company foster new ways to propel the Operation of the Company for effective Profit Maximization.

 

The Retirement Decision of the Management of the Company affected Directors Like Tosin Dokpesi, Ambrose Somide, Paulyn Ugbondaga, Tony Uyah and Tony Akiotu and many Others who has spent 10years and above on the board of the Company at Executive Positions. About 11 Executive Directors was affected by this singular decision of the Management of Daar Communications, owner of AIT to proceed on Retirement and this decision affected the Widow of the Owner of the Daar Communications Group, Tosin Dokpasi says a worker in Anonymity.


The Company Announced a lost of N1.6Billion last year ending December31, 2023 which may be a bad sign to the Management of the Company which may have resulted in this critical decision .


Chief Raymond Dokpasi, the Owner of Daar Communication Group past on last Year on May 29, 2023 and His Son Raymond Dokpasi Jr Stepped in as the Chairman of the Group since than and has been piloting the Affairs of the Empire.
