Akon, Senegal-Born American Music Icon Storms Lagos For Goggle Lunch.

 

The African-American Born Music Icon whose bordering is to light African, storms Nigeria fir more awareness campaign.

Akon is currently in Nigeria for the Google For Nigeria event taking place in the country.

The Senegalese-born American singer while at the event, got into a debate with the deputy governor of Lagos, Dr Obafemi Hamzat.

The debate was about who has the best Jollof rice in Africa.

Akon defended his country of origin, saying: "Senegal Invented Jollof Rice."

But Dr Obafemi Hamzat replied: "I’m not talking about who actually Invented, I am saying Nigeria Jollof Is the Best."
