Beth Telford, 19 Years Old Teen Tell Her Story For Marrying A 45 Years Man.

A woman in a 27-year age gap relationship has revealed how her family were forced to relocate after her husband's van was defaced with the word 'pedo'.

Beth Telford, 19 and partner Andy, 46, moved 170 miles away from North Wales to Nelson in Lancashire after receiving abusive comments from neighbours.

Andy, a bus driver and removal man, was branded a 'pedo' by neighbours in their hometown of Llandudno in North Wales, and after two years of abuse, the couple finally moved.

The pair have been together for three years and have two sons.

Andy is the love of my life, and an age difference doesn't change that.'

The pair met in 2015, when Andy, who worked as a removal man, helped Beth's mum Claire Downs, 47, move house.

Beth says: 'I immediately fancied Andy. He was so a proper gentleman.

'He was my mum's friend and twice my age so I was worried what people might think. But I couldn't control my feelings for him.'

Two weeks later, Beth asked Andy out on a date. The following month, in July 2015, they were officially a couple.

Beth says: 'I love being with someone mature, because he treats me like a princess.

'He opens doors for me and runs me baths with candles. We have a date night every Saturday and go for meals and he is so loving and caring.'

The couple married in November 2016 surrounded by friends, and have two sons together, Timmy, two, and Conwy, nine months.

Despite being happy, the couple have faced a lot of prejudice from family and friends about their relationship.

Beth says: 'I've lost lots of friends because of my relationship with Andy.

'They thought it was creepy and it caused a lot of arguments between us. I told them that age doesn't matter and that I'm happy.

'My mum doesn't approve of our relationship and Andy's brother refuses to speak to him because he doesn't agree with it and thinks that I'm too young.'

In October 2015 the couple woke up and noticed the word 'Pedo' had been spray painted on Andy's work van.

Beth says: 'When we lived in North Wales, neighbours would call Andy a 'pedo' in the street all the time, and say that I had 'daddy issues'.
