The list of the newly appointed Bosses Of NNPC as at 30th August, 2017 spill fire because no Niger delta person is named among top executives of NNPC. The product that drives the refinery and the NNPC Board is extracted from the oil rich region but the Nigeria government under the led of President Buhari and APC who told Nigerian of change and transparency could not regard this region.
