Nollywood Actor, Charlies Sheen Accused By His Guy Partner To infect Him With HIV.

Carlos Irwin Estévez (born September 3, 1965), known professionally as Charlie Sheen, is an American actor. Sheen rose to fame after a series of successful films such as Platoon (1986), Wall Street (1987), Young Guns (1988), Eight Men Out (1988), Major League(1989), Hot Shots! (1991), and The Three Musketeers (1993).

In the 2000s, Sheen became best known for his television roles. He replaced Michael J. Fox in Spin City and his performance earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy and then starred in Two and a Half Men which earned him several Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations. He most recently starred in the FX comedy series Anger Management, which concluded its 100-episode run in 2014. Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, has been accused of infecting a male partner with HIV during sex.

Radar Online reports that the man, whose identity is being withheld, was able to trace his infection back to gay trysts between them. Now, he’s purportedly suing Sheen.

Under California law, it’s illegal for an HIV-positive person to engage in consensual sex without a condom if there is intent to transmit the virus. If he’s found guilty of doing this, Sheen could be sentenced up to eight years behind bars, in addition to fines and court fees.

Reacting to the allegation, New York City attorney Peter Gleason told the celebrity gossip platform that: “Sheen could be on the hook for millions. You’re talking about pain and suffering, mental anguish and future medical costs.”

Recall that in 2015, Sheen came out publicly as HIV-positive during an interview with the Today Show. At the time, he said the diagnosis was a “turning point” in his life and claimed that he had paid millions of dollars to blackmailers over the years who had threatened to reveal his status.

Also in 2015, Sheen settled out of court with a man who claimed the actor gave him herpes during a gay romantic rendezvous in 2011.

The 51-year-old actor is yet to comment on this latest reported lawsuit by Radar Online.
