Markafi Lead Faction Of PDP Defects Shariff In Supreme Court Today.

The battle between shariff Amodu and Markafi lead faction of the PDP has finally gain victory over their ack enemy, Sheriff who conic hijacked the party since the defect of 2015 general election.

The battle has faced alot of legal battle from the low court to the apex court. The case had been through the hearing stage till finally the date for final decision was slated for today the 12 July 2017.

The decision of the court was unreal to both faction because of different inputs that the case has suffered.

However, the supreme court gathered early than expected as the court was seated by 9.00am this morning and the judges where present.

The court ruled in favour of PDP markafi lead faction and fines Sheriff . The Markafi lead faction of PDP turned the court yard into a pitch of celebration.

PDP faithfuls that were present are Prof. Jerry Gana, Gov. Wike of Rivers State, Gov. Ayo Fayose of Ekiti and many PDP Faithfuls.

The Supreme court judges led by CJN Walter Onnoghen  delivered to the judgement in favour of Markafi led faction of PDP .
