Khana Local Government council was turned in to a carve of Joy,hapiness as the Care Taker Chairman receives his Chiefs and kinsmen who horned him and appreciates God for his newly appointed position of the Chairman of Khana local Government Council.

Hon. Baridah Augustine Nsaanee is a son and he deserves our honor, said Chief Taagaloo M.H Yorghor, the Paramount Ruler/ Chairman, Ka-lorre Council of Chiefs and Elders, who spoke at the visit said, the appointment of Hon. Baridah Augustine Nsaanee is divine and it opens a new chapter in the political archive of the Ka-lorre people. They eulogised the PDP leadership of Khana and commended Governor Wike for appointing their trusted and illustrous son as the CTC chairman of khana.

The High Chief was grateful to God for a time like this who has found his community, Lorre in Nyo-Khana worthy of such an enviable position in this Government, He said.

He also thanked the Governor of Rivers State, Barr. Nyesom Wike for believing in their son, in his speech, he extended his gratitude to the leaders of PDP, our grate party in Khana for their act of Goodwill and pray God for more of this blessings in the land and community, particularly, Lorre because since the community, there has not been any person from the community who has been this favored, we bless God for this day, said the High Chief, Taagaloo M.H Yorghor.

The spokes person for the community, High Chief Yorghor, also used the medium to seek for Government assistance in the community as they need developmental programs and project in the community to enhance better life for the people.

The Chairman in his speech, expresses his happiness to the people for finding time to join in in appreciation and also giving him a sense of belonging as they come to thank God with him.

He promised that his Government is for all and will look into all the request that his kinsmen has presented before him as God helps him.

He also demanded of the chief and his kinsmen to join hand with Government of Rivers State to campaign against cultism because people can not access development in a society that is in anarchy and it should not be our youths that should be in forefronth of restiveness because they are the leaders of tomorrow, and all we are struggling for is for their benefits .

The council Boss sounds a serious note of warning to the Chiefs that they relate this matter as a matter of urgency because the State Government will not fine it funny with any person caught in the act of destroying peace and order in the LGA.

The council Boss was so grateful to his kinsmen and pray God for Journey mercies.

The Chives and Kinsmen of the council Boss gave his a staff of Leadership as they pray God's wisdom and Guidance as he pilots th affairs of the LGA. They also prayed that more of this blessing of increase come to the community in hundreds of folds.
