The PDP staged protest against the military invasion that led to the killing of innocent Ogonis and strangers in the area. Bori the the traditional headquarter of Ogoni was filled with love once and concerned Friends of the dead.Some where crying for the lost of the loved once.
The invasion was believed to be politically motivate as the two major parties in the area laid accused fingers at each others.
The people Democratic party said no to politically motivated military killing of the people of Ogoni. The Governor last week Wednesday visited the site of the disaster and promised the people of government assistance.

From source, the problem started when the APC chieftains in the area approached one Chief Solomon Ndigbara aka OSAMA BIN LADIN a formal Niger Delta agitator, to decamp from PDP to APC, and he refused, according to him in portharcourt while talking over the radio about his ugly experiences during the military invasion that ended up in destroying his house,cars and they took away his wife and four sibling.
He further accused Senator Magnus Abe and Hon. Barry Mpigi for being responsible to the military invasion that was order to his community, Bue Yeghe in Gokana Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The invasion took the lives of innocent people and about 18 persons was killed by the military.
The people of Ogoni is asking this complex question: when they killed the people, who are they going to governed.
However, in the same vain, the APC chapter in the SouthEast Senatorial district staged their own protest on tuesday which was tag: BLACK DAY.They went round the places with placards and write ups.
According to most of the APC members that spoke with our correspondent, a formal house of Assembly member representing Khana Constituency 1 alleged that the Governor of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Wike and his Ogoni PDP faithfuls are responsible for the Military invasion.
Hon. Legbosi Nwidaadah accused the Governor that he did not condem the large clutches of arms and ammunition that the military recovered from the militants in the area.
Also, one Sir. Godwin Bazari, the president of Ogoni Democratic Movement and the organinzer of the protest demanded of the president not to ignore the plead of the people of South East senatorial district not to investigate the killing done to the peaceful people of Ogonis.
The question now is WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO THIS INCIDENT AS MANY OGONIS ASKED?
