SENATOR BEN BRUCE AT WAR WITH THE EMIR OF KANO

Ben Bruce, the Senator representing Bayelsa East, on his tweeter handle has told the Emir of Kano to release the abducted girl Esa from Ogbolo in Beysal state or the matter will go to International community.

He said "If you refuse to enforce the release of the girl the matter will escalated to United Nation Commission on Human Right". He said.He further said that the constitution grantee her release.

Senator Ben Bruce, the PDP senator representing Beyalsa East in the house of Senator has told the Islamic council governed by the Emir of Kano Lamido Sunsi, the formal CBN boss to release the abducted girl from Beysalsa in his palace or the will dig it to international level.

He said that the law of Nigeria is not a respecter of any man and that even the Emir is not higher than the law of the country.

The girl was adopted by one Yanusi of kano state since the 12th August 2015,since then, all effort to get the girl release was abortive and fruitless.

The IG of police has also got his own share of the lambastment from the unreserved speaking senator, "the man of common sense". He said the responsibility of the IG is to ensure safety of lives and security of properties.

The Emir has told the Islamic council to liaise with the IG of police to ensure the girl is released.The Emir had exonerated himself from the situation, but it is in record that he defended Islamic law that has no bearing with Nigeria law.
