PUBLIC PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE INAUGURATED

Rivers State Governor , Chief  Barr. Ezenwo  Nyesom Wike.

The Governor of Rivers State in His Quest to restore sanity and due process in the administration of his government will today inaugurated the committee of public procurement.

The chairman is this committee is Prof. Anuchuku and vice is Mrs  Awuse. The committee is set to be inaugurated by 10pm today at the Government house Portharcourt. The governor who promised the good people of Rivers State that His government will restored the loosed glory of Rivers State is doing every thing within his reach to fulfill all his promises to the people.

He said the committee shall be in charge of government procurement and ensured that duely process is maintained in all government project,purchase, and contact validation. He also said that no project shall be carried out within the corridor of his Government except is satisfied by this committee.

The Governor Chief  Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, said he is please with the people in this committee that they will discharge their duties effectively because of the people that made  up the committee are people of high reputation and statures.

But however, He further said that He will not tolerate any lapses during from them.

He made them to understand that the government is out to give the people of Rivers State quality representation.
