OSAMA BIN LADEN SERVES ARMY COURT ORDER.

The Council to chief Solomon Ndigbara aka Osama Bin Laden has told news source how the military has refused court order served them from a Portharcourt High court.
He said, despact the court order, the military still went a head and destroyed the home of Osama Bin Laden at Yeghe Community.
The military vs  militant saga that took over Bori since Monday the 22 February that has co-incidentally taking the lives of innocent citizen that lived in Bori has been speculated to be politically instigated.
The agitator  accused senator Magnus and Hon. Barry Mpigi for using military might to bugled him because he refused to join the APC party. Ndigbara said through his media aid Mr. Dum Nwinee "that the military bashed into the home of chief Solomon and destroyed his house, cars and mercilessly beat up his wife,sibling and took them away for no just curse. He said Chief Solomon has embraced amnesty and ever since then, he has not been in trouble with any body. He said that he has not been array before a court of law and found guilty, said his aid.
The council to Chief Solomon is urging the army to respect court order because we live in a country that is Governed by law and nobody is above the law.
According to the military,Brigadier General Stevenson Olabanji, said new reached them that there was shooting in Yeghe and they have to send military men for peace purpose. The military denied all the accusation leveled against them that the where  used by politicians.
The communities is begging the government to come to their aid curse they dont want to be under military sage.They also complained that the military present is affecting economic activities in the area.
