Solomon Dalong, Sports Minister: We Can't Pay Super Falcons Because We Didn't Expect The Winning.
The speech of the Minister of Sport about the demand payment of the super Falcons has gone viral over the net because it is too hurting to the soul and body of hardworking people who has contributed alots to the international development of this country.
Many people has reacted to the statement of this so called Minister of sports and He is not too far and would not change for once. Showing their anger and disappointment.
Last time, the Olympic term bushed him out of their hotel room and now He has started again with unguided statements to people that has shown respect and the spirit of sportmaship to this Nation,Nigeria.
Is He the Problem or The presidency????
He said no money was readily available to pay the players. However, he said serious efforts are being made to find a way to solve the problem at hand. He said:
“It is unfortunate that we are celebrating victory of the Super Falcons amidst some bitter feelings among the players because of some administrative lapses that were not managed properly because if the situation was explained to these girls, I don’t think the situation would have gotten to this level.
They have stamped their authority and dominance over football in the continent, having consistently won the trophy eight times. After the girls came back from Cameroon, we had lunch with them and they were in high spirits, the communication gap in trying to convey the situation to them could have been what led to it."
