However, the national co -ordinator of the Amnesty programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) who has faced alot of criticism from the Niger Delta region is pleased with the effort of these three and he pleads that others should learn from their life, He also used the medium to appeal to the Avengers to give peace a chance as the federal government is working out better solution to settle the challenges of the region. 

The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) on July 25th hosted three delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme namely Otokolo Robert, Tariladei Borogha and Prince Aladin who graduated from South West State University Kursk, Russia. During the ceremony, the delegates officially presented their certificates to Gen. Boroh.
