A Dead Man Found On Brooklyn Park

It was his final resting place.
A dead man was found sitting on a park bench in Brooklyn Tuesday morning, officials said.

The 57-year-old victim, identified by police sources as Chirva Valery, discovered on Brighton Beach Ave. near Ocean Parkway in Brighton Beach about 7 a.m., police said.

Commuters on their way to work spotted Valery’s corpse on the bench and called police.

Cops do not consider Valery’s death to be suspicious, police sources said. He may have been intoxicated when he died, the sources said.
An autopsy has been slated to determine how he died, cops said.
