Olaka Nwogu Appluses Governor Wike Over Rivers State Polytechnic Saga

The embattled PDP South East Senatorial District contestant, Senator Sunday Olaka Johnson Nwogu has joined voice with other wike vanguard to talk down on Ogonis protesting the devilish activity of the Governor of Rivers State against the only source of livelihood in the entire Ogoni Land, Rivers State Polytechnic Bori swab for Portharcourt Polytechnic after renaming the school after Ken Saro Wiwa.

He said the Ogonis should thank the Governor for naming the school after their son and also made their son chairman governing body.

He further said in his statement :“I don’t understand why some misguided Ogoni people are crying over the Polytechnic issue. These miscreants sponsored by APC to cry about the renaming of Riv Cas to Port Harcourt Poly should instead roll out their drums, dance and commend Gov. Wike for making an Ogoni son Chairman of the Governing Council of the Port Harcourt Poly. 

If Gov Wike didn’t love Ogoni, he won’t make an Ogoni son Chairman Governing council of the new prestigious Poly. Ogoni people should learn to be grateful for once. The Ken Saro Wiwa Associates were sponsored for that shameful protest yesterday. They are the true enemies of Ogoni. I will continue to support Wike. When it is the turn of Ogoni people, they can change the the Port Harcourt Poly to whatever they like. Ogoni should not be seen crying all the time. They are not the only ethnic group in Rivers State”
