For over Two years ago, this new bomb the entire place, though Timaya refused to say anything about it but it prints still lingers in the mind of fans. Two years ago, news of an alleged love affair between Nigerian dancehall star, Timaya and fashion entrepreneur, Lisa Walsh made rounds. At that time, Timaya declined to comment on the issue while Lisa simply went MIA.
A few days ago, our reporters ran into Lisa Walsh at an event in Lagos and quickly cornered her for a brief chat.

We gathered that Lisa Walsh had been out of the country for a couple of years and had just returned to promote her new projects.

She said:

"Yeah, I’ve been away for a while, I had to take time off to re-invent, re-strategies and re-launch some of my projects which includes a new website, a series of fashion shows and real estate".

When asked about her alleged affair with Timaya, she responded:

"Just to clear the air, I have never dated Timaya, he’s a friend and I’ve known him for over 7 years, he’s actually a family friend. I feel people are just trying to make up stories, and I don’t think I am up for that right now because I am back to Nigeria for good, to do what I know how to do best, helping people and pushing my business forward’.
