The embattled PDP Spokes person has been in the EFCC net since detainsion for allegedly financial crime committed. The said money is said to be part of the arm deal money that was alleged looted by PDP campaign organization.

According to Naij.com, the PDP Spokes man, Fani Kayode is been threaten by the EFCC. The Boss threaten to kill kayode and nothing will happened.

Fani-Kayode's spokeman said that EFCC has concluded arraignment to keep Kayode in prison for the next five year.

He said, they told him that he must be punished for all the comments He made against President Buhari and his government pattern.

He regretted that most of this EFCC workers are northerners and they claimed that Buhari is their own and for that He will be kept in custody for his actions against him.
The spokesman to Kayode, said, for tree months, the Anti-corruption agency has been playing game with the case of the embattled PDP spokesman.
He said, either the judge will be absent or they will present some other reason, or they transfer him form Abuja to Lagos or from Lagos to Abuja just to ensure that his trails is frustrated.


“The plan, according to our reliable sources, is for Fani-Kayode to be “punished” for his comments on national issues rather than for corruption as widely reported. “Although the date for arraignment has been fixed for Tuesday, June 28, our investigations revealed that EFCC has no intention whatsoever to take the Ife-born chief to court, a situation that would force the court to adjourn for a long time. And with the three-month recess for judges around the corner, precisely starting on July 11, it is the plan of EFCC that Fani-Kayode would remain in custody till the judges resume sometime in October,” the statement read. 


Fani-Kayode, Nenadi Usman and two others are facing a 17-count charge of corruption allegation before a federal court in Lagos. His arraignment has been stalled on two different occasions due to the absence of the trial judge, Justice Mohammed Hassan, an act which his family has said is an attempt by the commission to prolong his detention.
