Stop Judicial Invasion Of Rivers State Says Concern Citizen.

 It is on record that the insecurity issues in Rivers State is no more a normal situation because the heat is ever cooking on daily basic.
However, the government of Chief. Barr. Nyesom Wike is doing every thing possible to put the situation under control, but the more the security situation gets decayed.
Because of this, concrn citizens of Rivers State has demanded for external hand to help sanitize the state.

Before the 2015 Elections in Rivers  State, Amaechi used his power as the governor of the state to free criminals from prison custody to help him and his party win the elections through killings, maiming, intimidation of voters, ballot box snatching, and what have you. Now, we are about to have the concluding part of the inconclusive National and State Assembly Elections of March 19,2016, they are looking for a way to release the King of the White Chelsea Cult in Rivers State, who is standing trial for murder, by setting up a special appeal court panel that has been given a marching order to set Ojukaye free.

What is all this hullabaloo about Justice Margaret Opara’s decision not to grant Ojukaye Flag Amachree bail because she is the wife of a PDP chieftain?

I want to ask the APC members one question; which judge of the state high court gave an order against governor Wike’s panel in favour of Emmanuel Chinda, the immediate pass commissioner for Agriculture in Rivers State.

What happened to the Port Harcourt Division of the Appeal Court Panel, who on the 20 of June 2016 faulted the July 9, 2015 ruling of Justice Lambo Akanbi (rtd), and said the retired judge refused to give fair hearing to the 22 sacked Chairmen and their 302 councillors, thereby ordering for a retrial of the matter?

The NJC must rise to save Rivers State from this Judicial Insurgency being spearheaded by the President of the Court of Appeal Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, to avoid a breakdown of law and order in the state.
