Oliseh, since he took up the job has been faced with different challenges that is associated with the job. He was reported over the news that he refused football journalist from accessing the crew and players. He also has problem of leadership that led to the untimely exit of the the term captain, Vincent Eyima.

According to the Assistance Director communication Mr. Ademola Olagire in( NFF) Nigeria Football Federation said “the resignation of the coach Sunday Oliseh, the head coach is a surprise to the body”.
The formal coach reveled his resignation decision on his twitter handle, blaming the body for not paying benefits, allowances to players, assistance coaches last Thursday.
However the body has announced Samson Siasia the intrem coach of the term.
Olagire said the impression that they got from the manager of the term was that he is preparing against the march that is coming between them and Egypt , he said is a surprises to them.

Though, he did not refoot the accusation leveled against NFF, he was such that they must continue their work as Siasia has been appointed as the head coach and to be assisted by Amunik.
